Friendly staff while are willing to help you and will also put effort in looking around the store to find what you need. Just wish they had bigger sizes in clothes.

It was really large, the staff was extraordinarily friendly, the prices are nice, the clothing is amazing, there is a sale going on practically every day, and the design was beautiful. All in all, a wonderful place.

Oscar was an amazingly helpful and cool guy. My 9 year old son called looking for exclusive Pop Figures and FNAF plushes. Oscar took the time to look for and even held the toys until we arrived. I feel he went above and beyond his duty in customer service

I've been feeling down sometimes. My son and I went to the mall, to use a coupon and to check the clearance sale. The young male staff member there was super sweet and helpful. With his help, we found, and bought, some awesome Funko Pops for under 10$ . The funko pops clearance sale is 2.00$ per single character, and 6$ per pairs of characters. The young man's sweet and charming demeanor just lifted my spirit. Thanks, Hot Topic. 😊

I love going to this Hot Topic!! The staff is always nice and helpful. A special shoutout to Andrea who has helped me a few times now and is amazing! She actually helped me more than she realizes. I’ve started finally losing weight and after picking out a few things she reminded me they have a changing room to try stuff on. I thought it was a good idea and turns out all the stuff was too big on me. I finally fit in large/medium stuff and she saved me from having to come back and switch stuff out. She was just “doing her job,” but she didn’t have to mention that. She didn’t realize how much it helped. Thank you! I also had a great experience when they called me to remind me about my Hot Cash that was going to expire. I wish I got his name, but I’m so grateful he called. I got stuff I never would’ve thought I could afford. Thank you for giving me that chance!
